Users can choose whether to use location information in conversations with AI characters. If location information is not used, the basic conversation features remain available.

- Monitoring for quality improvement and safety
- Investigating violations of laws or terms and handling disputes
- Improving AI feature quality, only when consent has been obtained
- Payment processing and billing when paid services are introduced
- Adjusting conversation experiences, displaying region-specific content, and preventing unauthorized access using location information when the User chooses to use it

Contractors are permitted to handle information only to the extent necessary for the Company to provide the Service.

- Conversation data: Retained unless deleted by the User. Permanently deleted 30 days after deletion.
- Location information: Retained until the User deletes it, and permanently deleted 30 days after account withdrawal.
- Usage logs: Retained for 30 days.
- Other data: Retained for the period required by laws and regulations.

The Company implements measures such as encrypted communications, minimum necessary access permissions, and log audits.
9. Cookies and Advertising Identifiers
Cookies and advertising IDs may be used for advertising delivery and analytics. Users can disable them through browser, device, or advertising settings.
10. User Rights
- Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, data portability, or object to the handling of their personal information.
- When requesting disclosure or notification of purposes of use, Users may be asked to bear actual costs set by the Company (approximate guide: JPY 1,000 per request).
11. Children's Privacy
Persons under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 13.
